Lived here for close to 2 years. Never had an issue with management or maintenance!!! When I called or submitted a request it was always handled same day or the next day. Was not too fond of their Zego for paying rent because I never could from day one. I must say that in my building that my neighbors were great. Would choose to live here again:-) The former management team were just as great too!!

I lived in this place for 2 years and initially had a good experience; however, management has changed at least 2 times. I had a number of issues that I was assured that would be resolved or worked on. The whole building was infested with roaches and pest control was not dependable. I ended up trying to fight the issue with my own money, but ultimately it was too much. Roaches would attack me in my sleep. My allergies began to worsen because of the pest issue. When it came to noise complaints, my complaints were seen as if I was especially sensitive or that it wasn’t that bad. They downplayed my issues despite my number of calls to on-site security to document noise issues. I received very little support in this area. There were days that trash valet didn’t pick up the trash and discovered that wildlife had chewed on my trash bag. I let the front office know, and the only solution they offered was to complain directly to the company. I left messages with this valet service who never called back to discuss or resolve the issue. After they wanted to propose a nearly $300 hike to my rent, I decided not to stay. Don’t bother to leave messages or email them. The only person who sent emails was the maintenance manager who followed up about pest control that was not happening on a regular basis due to the changes in several companies they hired. Regarding office staff experience, there were some that were professional and others that were simply too new in their job to even serve you adequately. As the tenant, I spent too many hours addressing the same issues, sending emails, forwarding emails, etc. just to deal with simple matters. It became too stressful and not worth it anymore. I turned in move out paperwork that was misplaced by someone subbing in as office help. I moved out at the end of my lease on May 15 and still have not received my deposit back. I left the apartment spotless and cleaned the carpet. Now based on other reviews, I see they may conjure up a bill of me owing even though I left in good order. I have called and dropped by office, but management was never around to resolve this issue. I left my number and email which is already on file anyway and still no follow up about my deposit. In over 20 years, I’ve never owed any former landlord, so we will see what happens I guess.

Came in yesterday for a group tour at Indigo at Metro West. The units we were shown were really nice and had promising qualities to make a comfortable home. We were mostly impressed by Israel Cruz because he was friendly and professional, which made it an exceptional tour! My friends and I are from the UCF area so we were unfamiliar with this side of town. We had a ton of questions about the complex and surrounding areas, and Israel was able to answer all of them in detail. Definitely recommend taking a tour here, thanks Israel!
