This place is a SCAM! Not only do they charge $35 more than every other apartment complex for their application fee (it's $85 per person), they do not follow their own application contract. They promise to either reject or accept applicants within 72 hours, it has been 10 days with no response. We have tried emailing and calling to no avail. They will not even give us the courtesy of a callback. I do not blame the leasing staff for any of this as they seem like genuinely kind individuals, this is a problem with the management of the property itself. Save yourself the frustration and energy and go somewhere else. Hopefully, it will save your sanity and wallet!

They took 3 weeks to say that they don't approve us to live there (we had a bank statement more than enough to prove everything they need). We spent $500 for nothing, I don’t recommend it :)

This is the worst place I’ve lived in. It needs to be demolished. Roaches and rats, yes rats. I’ve called for pest control several times and they come and spray a little. So I had to take matters in my own hand to put traps down. For the price I pay there shouldn’t be any roaches and rats.

I love my apartment!!! Roberto Rodriguez, the Leasing Consultant was super amazing & very professional. He made sure my move in date was on time & assisted in making sure fees & lease were corrected prior to me signing! He definitely takes his job serious & makes sure the tenants are pleased & happy!!!
