I want to start off by saying the staff is nice, but my issue with living here is that my roomate filed repair orders since may and our apartment is still waiting to get things fixed we also have a massive ant infestation. Earlier in the year we had problems with roaches. The infestation here are JUST as horrible as a rundown motel. We tried everything as we all keep a very clean house. It’s coming from the pipes and this complex doesn’t take care of them at ALL. There is also mold inside my vents as black spots are all outside of it. I believe them to be black mold and needless to say I think I might have to file something with someone higher up, and I will be leaving once the lease is up.

I want to start by saying, I don’t impress easily. Jennifer Vazquez was tremendous! She was professional, sweet and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns i had. From our first meeting and our tour to the apartment of my choice, she was extremely helpful. My family and I are forever grateful for her service. We are happy to call this place our home ☺️

I am not much for reviews, however I felt I needed to make this know about Jennifer, a leasing consultant at the Harbortown location. She is absolutely amazing and very attentive to every need and request. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Ideally the person you always hope to be assisted by when looking for a bee place to live. Please do yourselves a favor and look for her for any questions!!

Harbortown is the place to live! Ever since I have moved here the expirience has been nothing but amazing!! Maintenance is really on top of things. I had an emergency in my apartment and Pedro the service manager came right away and took care of the issue. His customer service was great and he was very knowledgeable. Thanks Pedro!!
