The reason for the one star is because who would want to rent from this complex who is very rude and no professionalism she don’t want to do her job as being letting the caller know about availability, when will something be available, and last but not least hanging the phone up real rudeness is not professional.

Okay, I am going to be 100% honest with you. It's not a bad place, but it needs a lot of help. When my husband and I first moved in it was okay, but later we started having problems. It was one thing after another needing to be fixed. My advice is to double check everything when you move in. The maintenance people are very sketchy for starters. The price of the apartments are only high because of the lactation. If it wasn't in the area its in it would probably be worth a lot less. The pool is always being worked on and the gym is under used and is very small. The worst thing is there is a lot of raccoons and bats at night. Also, way too many stray cats running around. At one point we saw a possum. However, on a positive note, you are by a lot of stuff and it is the cheapest apartments on this sreet. I was lucky to have nice neighbors when I lived there. So, my experience wasn't all that bad. P.S watch out for the alligators in the back pond.

I stopped in to inquire about these apartments and was greeted by Melanie who worked there. She was with a resident when I walked in but she was very polite and told me she would only be moment. The resident was worried about something, but I have to mention I was impressed right away by the customer service that Melanie provided, which also made the resident very happy when he left, and thought this is the kind of care I would be looking for when choosing a new community. Melanie was very knowledgeable about the community and answered all my questions as we toured. She said that availability is tight and apartments go quickly, and we spoke about the waitlist the community has. If this is the level of focus on serving the customer that this community provides, I can see why there is a waitlist! I toured several communities in the area, but thanks to Melanie, I know where I will be applying!

Clean property, great location. Yep, buildings a bit older, but being upgraded. Vanessa, the leasing agent is as professional and courteous as they get. Other apartment companies just want your money. Hidden Lake is a rare gem of quality. Nothing is ever perfect, but this place is close. I hope it becomes my new home soon.

No they do not
Not 100% sure, as far as I know it depends on your credit record. All you honestly can do is put a application in and find out.
You have to call one of the credit lines and disputed whatever you have on your credit
