I've only been while it's closed, but I love that there's an open area you can access even while closed with a postal scale for weighing envelopes and small parcels! No automated self service kiosk though unfortunately.

The location is great and it's open on weekends! Also, I've been coming here to ship all my packages even though it's not my closest post office, just because of how friendly and efficient and helpful the staff is. Though not exaggerating: 2 out of 3 times I come here, I see super entitled Karens and male-Karens bullying the staff :( actually decided to write this review because I saw again some heavyset middle-aged white man being super rude and aggressive and pushing one of the petite Asian ladies around yesterday, all because he got to the post office past closing time. The people who work here are super sweet and put up with so much!

Worst customer service ever I’ve been going here since I moved to RWC in 2013 and after each visit I think they can’t get any worse, but they constantly surprise me with inability to help with anything and general attitude like all customers owe them something and are not there to pay for a service Rude, unwilling to help and unknowledgeable - those words describe all of the personnel. Some are also unable to understand basic English Use any other mail carrier/ provider, if you have any choice at all
