DO NOT MOVE THERE....ITS NOT WORTH THE WASTED MONEY!!!!I I left in 2016 and never looked back.
Don't move there. Overpriced, horrible maintenance and crappy thin windows with tons of noise. Stay away.
Listen to the review, its HORRIBLE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. DOESN'T MATTER YOUR SITUATION ITS NOT WORTH IT, NO MATTER WHAT BS ADVERTISING/DEALS THAT THEY HAVE, DON'T DO IT, all caps to knock some sense into decision making.
Big mistake, I been here six mths & have been living in hell-1st your rent changes every mth, 2nd I had a huge leak & it took about 2 wks to get it fixed-prob longer after reporting it more than once & 3rd heating& cooling is out for 3 days now, no one has even called me back-I just called the city, so let’s see how long they take to get that fixed, biggest mistake I made was moving in this dump. Nothing lovely about living here..oh & even with security people cars get broken into.
Horrible maintenance is ignored for days. A/C was never fixed correctly!! It broke down every 3 to 4 months. No air in Florida is not humane!
Yeah it's not worth it. I was about to rent there and recanted. The place is run down. A lot of pot holes and just looks NASTY!
