The treatment the day of the signed of my contract was very good. Jazlin is a nice person and very professional. I was so happy that day and when she showed me the apartment I felt in love at the first sight. I know I’m going to enjoy a lot the privacy of my apartment and all they offer to me. Thanks again.

*IF YOU GIVE THIS PLACE 5 STARS, YOU ARE PROBABLY THE OBNOXIOUS NEIGHBORS EVERYONE ELSE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT* There are NO office people. Residents are loud and aggressive, children are left unsupervised to run up and down the stairs screaming. The "emergency" maintenance phone number no one answers and the mail box is full. "Security" is someone walking around the parking lot. UPDATE - If I could leave 0 stars I would! I'm a single mother, and my 12 year old went to the pool without me. Instead of calling me with their concern, they called the police! The police... for a 12 year old in the pool?

I've been dealing with loud neighbors since more than a year, dropping and dragging objects at the middle of the night, phone alarms going on for 30 mins or more at 4:30am, closing and open drawers abruptly, kids crying. Terrible Experience!!!!!!!!

I was there for a tour and had an amazing experience, Yainara answered all my questions, she was very knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure i was satisfied and was very patient with me. She was informative and well paced. Even though at the end I rented somewhere else I really enjoyed the experience I had at River Reach.
