I've been here for over a year. The place has been through A LOT of changes, especially with staff. Jose the maintenance manager is awesome. So pleasant & hard working. I had the pleasure of speaking with Vernice, whose the new property manager & she is so sweet & professional. There's a lot of issues the complex is dealing with ie; vendors going out of business, people NOT watching their kids & thus they are literally destroying the grounds. Unfortunately these things affect everyone but Vernice did tell me they are aware and are doing everything they can to get things back in order. We absolutely loved this place when we first moved in and we're hoping things get back to how they used to be soon!

I moved here a few weeks ago and my experience from move in , to amenities , communication and customer service has been flawless. Shout out to Daniel!! He’s the best and was so helpful with my move in experience. Definitely a great family friendly and SAFE place to live. Highly recommend!!

This condo was once very good, but unfortunately it is now a joke. Completely inefficient employees, they don't know anything, they don't try to solve anything, they don't answer an email if they want to. Pool closed (no one knows why), gate open day and night, nothing to stop vehicles from entering the exit, which happens all too often. Maintenance and pest control has become a luxury item, it is never possible only when we make a big claim. We had a great manager, hardworking, polite, with good will. But at the moment we pay for something that we don't have security and attention.

Beautiful place. We have been living here for 2 months and are delighted with the magnificent view through the window and the friendly staff of the Alvista team. Thanks to the efforts of the management team, our community has access to the gym and pool and grill. The office is open and you can work at the computer. It is very gratifying that despite the pandemic, we have access to all the amenities of the complex. We were satisfied with our choice and recommend this beautiful apartment complex to our friends and acquaintances.
