It's hell on Earth
Eve Rios just now Big mistake, I been here six mths & have been living in hell-1st your rent changes every mth, 2nd I had a huge leak & it took about 2 wks to get it fixed-prob longer after reporting it more than once & 3rd heating& cooling is out for 3 days now, no one has even called me back-I just called the city, so let’s see how long they take to get that fixed, biggest mistake I made was moving in this dump. Nothing lovely about living here..oh & even with security people cars get broken into.
No I haven't seen any gang activity at all and I've been living here for 4 months
Let me start off by saying my view if the lake is amazing. But that is the only plus about living here. Lets start with when i first moved in my a/c was leaking and soaking my floor , someone came it stopped for 2 days then my floor was soaked agian, this continued 2 times until finally he cut a whole in the wall to see where it was leaking, he did fix it that time, no one came to take care of the carpets. Months went by this was (yesterday) and i noticed green spots growing on my wall and my kitchen vent covered in black spots, well they came sprayed the wall and wiped it off, Its mold it does not go away from spraying something on the outside of the wall and wipe it off so im sitting here breathing in mold and they dont seem to care. This place is a dump and i can not wait to move. Not to mention all the tubs and sinks are like spray painted or something because they were white now all i see is rust you can tell they went around this apartment and put easy fixes or alot of things
