As a new customer. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I have had multiple appointments cancelled last minute and/or rescheduled last minute after having to drive over an hour to get to this location. Unsure if there's a staffing issue or not, but some things need to change. I have only been to a consult, cannot have a set appointment for a treatment !!

I did my own research about the benefits of their services before going in. I let them know what I was interested and was explained the health benefits that come with each service. Each service had benefits that applied to my situation. I have been able to recover faster from workouts, have better mental clarity, keep my autoimmune issues in check and decrease inflammation and avoid going on heavy duty medications for my arthritis among other things. It’s a convenient location and they by far have the best pricing in town for core services. On Thursdays they run discounted specials all day for anyone who wants to give it a try. I have a reasonably priced membership package since I utilize services almost daily. I love the personal feel since it’s a small owned business versus many franchises which offer less of a personal experience and simply want volume. The staff genuinely cares about each client and their well-being and it shows. The owner is great and super accommodating. The other staff is extremely knowledgeable and provide high level customer service. It truly is a feel good experience from the time you come in to long after you leave. As they say “treat yourself don’t cheat yourself”.I promise you won’t regret joining the CryoNC family.
