I just left this apartment complex and now I know why this apartment complex has such bad reviews. Currently my wife's father-in-law lives with us in our house and we are looking for a place for him. Tammy Tucker was very rude from the moment we walked into the office. She said that he can't rent an apartment because his wife is coming in the middle of next year and she has to be here for him to rent an apartment, it doesn't make sense, he wants to rent an apartment just for himself and she said no one else apart from him is allowed to stay in the apartment because they will not be in the contract. This is the first time I hear something like this. When I used to rent apartments years ago before I bought a house, I have never had this problem or attitude from a person in an apartment complex before. Don’t waist your time here.

I enjoyed living here the first year and I want to take the time out to let Ms Tamara know thank you for your kindness and hate to see you go.

Just applying.. made us not want to live here. The whole process was horrible the lady is horrendously rude super impatient and has no experience working with customers, clearly. Don’t even bother applying. They don’t answer their phone . They tell you the room will be ready one day then tell you a whole different date a week later. Months wasted. Time wasted. Money wasted . Don’t waste yours.

Are the utilities that the tenant pays? What is the deposit? Is there an application fee? What are the office hours?
Does credit matter?
Not included but the highest bill they have ever given a tenant is $65 and lowest is $12. I have a 3 bedroom with 2 adults and 2 children and my water bill averages $25-$30 a month using our own washer&dryer.
They only have 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
Yes there is an application fee as well as a background and credit check. This is an income restricted apartment complex meaning you can only make a certain amount to live there. With that being said this complex is built in the side of a mountain with limited reception for cell phone and internet use, not to mention the scorpions and spiders and tarantulas that will grace you with their presence. The complex is nice and the 2 or 3 bedroom floor plans are amazing, but for what you are held responsible for, you are better off buying a house
you have not givin me an anser
4 times the monthly rent and I must say at first this apt staff were most helpful but dont dare have one of your parents pass away which can result in having to pay your rent 2 weeks late due to you helping siblings with funeral expenses.Cold hearted staff gave an eviction notice fully knowing the situation and the money that was going to be owed.Needless to say we paid rent plus late fees plus our reletting fee and promptly moved out. After being told by one of the staff that death was a part of life and basically to get over it that was all it took to convince my husband and myself to get the hell out of there.
I love it Renda Hunter and the rest of the management is awesome 😄 it's a good place to live wild Wood Breach app
No I over heard them tell a future tenant they dont accept Felonies
Pretty good actually. No bugs at all. Neighborhood is ok, it's on it's way back. Used to be bad area after air force base went to a joint reserve base but in has experienced a great resurgence especially with all the jobs opening up in the area. Trash is easy, you just take the bags up front and toss in the compactor. I even take my neighbors trash up sometimes to help them out as they are older. It's a mix of all colors and types here and every one is very friendly. The only warning I will give is that the apartments are across lake worth from the main runway at carswell, which is a reserve base, so throughout the day on weekends and occasionally during the week you get noise from the military jets. Other than that this place is fantastic. They are very quick to repair any issues if they come up. They have holiday parties at the office. And security you can call if the need arises. I can honestly say my wife, 2 kids, and I love it here
No it is based on a percentage of what the avg dwelling of the same size goes for in the area. The rent is limited and set by HUD, which is why you have to qualify based on annual income and family size.
They can only stay for a short period of time. Unless they are on the lease.
Yes they do
