Very bad service, they don't have appointments and they don't solve anything for my medicine, I've been waiting for more than 1 month.

I don't recommend the eyes center section, they really are kind of nice, but there are even some. But when it comes to medicine, they aren't professionals, they don't know how to pay $140 for nothing 👎 since I told them about the medicines I've taken and they didn't work for me and they were still prescribing me the same medicine and that they couldn't do anything else. They only have the doctor's badge but they don't have the real knowledge👎

Every day I call very early and there are never appointments. I was seeing another doctor but since they sent an e-mail saying that they were supposedly already improving the service, so I gave him another chance, but don't forget it's the same. When are there days to call for an appointment? Let's see when I'm lucky.

Was really pleased with this clinic. But lately I’m not able to schedule my follow up appointment, been calling for the past 2 months at 7:20 and by the time they return my call they say everything is full. Now they are trying to send me to Arlington for my follow up? All I ask for is HONESTY. If this office can’t handle the amount of patients they have why do they keep saying they are accepting new patients? Please, if you can’t handle all of them at least be honest and tell the patients that you can’t handle their business and if they need to look for another PCP instead. Quit giving the runaround and be honest, people will appreciate the honesty instead of giving the the keep on trying mambo jumbo. Really too bad this was one of the best places to be a patient, not any more.
