Mandy and staff were very pleasant and nice. The whole experience was great and extremely quick, in and out. I have never experienced an Urgent Care/ ER like this before. Keep doing what you do as a team. The wonderful, I would definitely come back if I need services of the nature of the kind. Right now. I must return back to Atlanta and spread the word. Thank you for your help and service to me.

Very positive experience. A sparkling clean waiting area, kind and efficient receptionist, Hailey, and no wait time made this easy and comforting. I had booked an appointment on-line, which streamlined the whole process as well. I was suffering from painful I nonstop coughing, as well as chest & sinus congestion, which were worsening by the day. Since I am due to fly home in a few days, I worried that I might have an infection that would prevent travel. During my visit to Urgent Care, they did an antigen test for COVID-19 to rule that out. It came back negative. Dr. Gibson examined me & ruled out pneumonia as well as any sinus infection. He recommended some over the counter meds, and advised me what to do if my symptoms worsened. He was efficient and personable. That was yesterday. This morning, my meds have kicked in and I’m already feeling much better. I highly recommend this location. It was exceptionally clean and both staff & provider were competent, and kind. They resolved my health concerns, and my insurance covered it all. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

It depends. If you have an urgent care issue then it could be anywhere between $125-175. If it is an ER issue then it will depend on the severity of the complaint and number of resources utilized (labs, imaging, and IV meds)
This is from their website: We do offer a significant discount on the services rendered if the entire bill is paid in full at the time of your visit. If you have any questions regarding your billing or whether we take your insurance, please contact our billing department. We understand that it can be confusing and difficult to navigate insurance plans and the healthcare system. We are open to working with everyone to ensure you receive the highest quality care at one of our many locations. Because we believe the cost of care should never be a barrier to care.
Do you charge to be tested??
Yes we do!
They are a regular ER as well as urgent care and can handle lots of things a typical ER can handle. If you have something that needs inpatient care, they will transfer you by ambulance to a hospital.
When I went in, they took my payment information upfront on file, but did not charge me until after I saw the doctor. They will tell you what to expect to be charged upfront before you do the paperwork (which is minimal), and they explain to you that part of your price determines on emergency or non-emergency hours you're visit is being held. I *believe* non-emergency starts at 7am. So if you'd like to pay less, try to wait if you can until then.
It is difficult to answer that question as you may have a deductible, coinsurance and copay for your particular insurance plan. If you have a deductible and it hasn't been met, then you will need to meet and pay that deductible. This is true for all facilities. Given the complaint, I would surmise this to be an ER visit. We will perform a medical screening exam and provide you with the diagnostic possibilities and further testing needed. You have the option to accept or decline treatment at that time without incurring any expenses or costs.

Hello Pen, It really depends on your insurance and we can't determine that until we can see your insurance card(s) at our facility. If this is not an emergency, then stop by and speak with us about your coverage and see what we can do to help. If this is an emergency, then call 9-1-1.
Completely agree!!!
