I been having mold in the walls 10 months. My apartment smells like death. All my clothes are completely ruined and I can't get them to help me in any way . Everytime I look up the management is leaving and they have Temp in the office. No one acts as if they have ever heard of my concerns. I have multiple pictures and concerns to the things I have asked for help with. Ms. Erma was a outstanding person. Ms. Terry on the other hand stated that she would not help me knowing I had a leak. I also have a neighbor with the same leak and they refuse to fix her side . The smell is terrible. These are the most unheart felt people I have ever can in counter with . I have not been able to sleep in my home 3 months an they don't care . This is terrible

This is one of the worst places I have lives at my AC keeps leaking water all over the restroom and the lady at the front office doesn’t ever want to answer the phone and when she does is always with an attitude and now I’m going to have to wait a week before I can get anyone to come to my apartment and fix anything I have been telling them to fix it for several months but no one seems to care about the people that they have living here I don’t recommend anyone coming over and trying to get an apartment here (Gamaliel Guerrero Robles)

The maintenance guy yells at you and always dismissing work order when it's not complete. Plus the office doesn't really care to talk with you. They just want to dismissed you too. If they cared they would have understood the big miscommunication that was going on since the beginning. They won't answer the phone to solve problems and set records straight. They don't care.

Yes they do no felonies convictions up to 5 to 10yrs no assaults or drug possession they do back ground checks to all tenants 18 and older
Yes they accept pets although like any there is a pet deposit to some of the apts they do have washer and dryer hook ups but not to all of them and yes they also accept housing as well but there maybe a short of a list in waiting. They always have people vacating their dwelling and moving in so it's the timing
Yes they do if children they will want verification of all benefits like child support and social security income the good thing that can be done right across the street in wells Fargo bank😘 and social security right around the corner
