We were a little hesitant to rent with Fox as we were less familiar with them but had a fantastic experience. Pickup and drop-off were both seamless. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport went above and beyond to help with all our luggage (travelling with two kids + car seats), and they didn’t even try to upsell us. They had a good selection of cars and let you choose your own from the particular class of car you paid for. The car we chose did have some damage on it but we took photos before leaving the lot and they didn’t even mention it on drop off. We will definitely rent from them again.

We get what we pay for! cheap prices poor services. I book transportation at Fox rent a car, I arrived an hour early my choice was to get a total different car with “discount” ( more money $55 for early pickup and will not refund me the money of the initial reservation. ). Or wait until my reservation time, talk to manager (Yosslin Gonzalez) and there was nothing she could do but have me wait. Not a lot of choices to make. Thanks a lot for you help. What a waist of time.

DO NOT RENT BEFORE READING POLICIES!! I booked a Jeep for a certain price on Priceline and upon arrival I was made to pay double because of hidden fees and was not given the car we reserved ahead of time. FYI if you have car insurance your insured on any vehicle. Don’t pay the extra $50+ a day. Rent safely, I will not be renting from here again.

This was my first time renting with FOX and I am glad I did! I arrived at around 4pm on a Tuesday and waited less than 1 minute to be helped. The lady was welcoming and thoughtful and clear about my rental. My car was fantastic and clean (Full size car). Upon returning the car I was treated with respect by JR and helped by others as well. Thank you for the smooth service and easy rental! I will be returning!

The back window on my rental car shattered the 3rd day of my rental. They were happy to charge me $295 to replace the window that shattered through no fault of my own. The cars I was offered were all dented and badly scratched and were so old they didn't have Apple or Android play for navigation. I will never go back.
Just gather your bags and walk outside to the street to the center aisle where all shuttles go by and pick up passngers. Fox's shuttle runs regularly and you will be able to spot it right away
400 plus rent, on a debit card with return flight information. Please go to Fox website and read payment policies. Credit card deposit is 150 plus rent
Ditto
Hi. Can you be more specific regarding: "stealing"?
We arrived early and they let us.
I haven't
If I can just k have k let them know where I will return it
Call fox and ask
How long does it take at LAX to return a car & get a shuttle to my terminal?
Yes, a resevation box will a pear at the end shows you address of Fox Rentals and you'll receive an email with your res. I rented from Fix over 5 times follow your reservation dates and time. Rent by 12:00am to save $$. Use your own insurance and safe more money. Do not buy insurance from Priceline.
How long does the shuttle to airport take?
It's about the same
C'est Blanc et petit
It is the same place where you rent the vehicle but on the side . There are signs posted.
It is best to call and speak to a representative and go over all the details on what is needed to rent a vehicle since you have an international driver license. Hope this helps.
Don't use this company if you can help it they are dirty and trashy and just gross
I would check with fox to be sure about all their rules and regulations to see what fees are involved and if that is an option .
o
Not sure but they are the best car rental provider in California. Always professional and able to satisfy and have the car requested. Amazing!!!!
Yes they do but please go somewhere else I just found out they tried to steal extra money from me just as well as other customers so please go somewhere else all others accept debit cards also majority of there vehicles are not in good shape they just look like they are
About every 10-15 min there is a shuttle
My rental with them was fine but I too tried to contact them concerning some questions & never got any answer or response.
Not here... but u can park it at the airport parking lot for a fee and take a shuttle to and from the rental place
Yes
I do not work for fox...so idk the answer to your question (sorry)
Shuttle service is provided round the clock (to my knowledge) but very near.
The security deposits are now $400 and $500. They used to be $150 but now they charge for the sanitation cleaning.
Yes
No the national renting age is 25
Usually $150
No as long as she's on your ins.
No it is dependent on the current rates. Especially if you received a great special.
I would say check the rental agreement/receipt
Yes, they have Ford Fuision Hybrid
To drive for Uber or Lyft your vehicle must be personally owned or leased through them.
Call the company manager
Call them immediately and let them know. they will probably bring you a new rental and tow the old one. Also, more than likely you'll be charged for replacement keys for the old rental.
I haven't seen them having a Camaro when I was at their location.
Typically a challenger
The car will match the price. The bigger the car the bigger the price.
You can use your country license and passport at the counter. Do not talk to them about the international license if there is one!
You didnt mention how far out your trip is. I'll assume the rate you had is no longer available. Calling likely will get you nowhere. You should immediately make another NON-prepaid reservation for a couple hours after your expected arrival whether with them or a competitor. This way, if they decline to honor your orginal reservation you have a backup. In general it is best to make multipoe reservations at various times and companies. Your not reserving a vehicle so much as reserving a price.
Check your contract you signed, there is probably an "early termination fee"
You'll need a credit card, but when you return the car you can pay with money.
It usually is just a few days or less. I have rented from them several times and never had an issue.
Yes, they must be at location to pickup car as one of them is primarily driver and add you as additional driver
I don't recall. But my wife used Fox and the car she had received was in terrible shape. The rear plastic bumper was held in place from duct tape. The next time that she and I went out I avoided Fox and used Payless Rental Car. When the van driver dropped us off in front of the Fox Rental Car that's when we realized that they are both the same location ran by the same group. I figured that it maybe a better experience. But the car we could choose from also had the bumper cover attached by grey duct tape. It lasted 24 hours and then it pulled away. I am driving down the road with both sides of the bumper flapping in the wind. I pulled off the road and called Payless/Fox and spent about 75 minutes on hold to inform them that their duct tape didnt hold. I will never use the location again. I have used Payless in the past and never had this happen before. They are both the same in LAX. Fox/Payless
You can only use a debit woth a $400 deposit and a return flight...
You would have to contact the car company directly for that answer. I do not know.
You don't have to entertain the ticket. It is and has always been a part of the voluntary pay program. You can ignore it. Or you can choose to voluntarily pay the ticket. BUT IT WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR DRIVING RECORD.
You need to have a valid driver's license and a credit card. You can use a debit card but if you use a debit card as a $400 deposit on top of the cost of the rental and they need to see a copy of your return airline ticket and a second form of ID and the reservation has to be made 24 hours in advance. If you are from out of the country make sure you have your passport and driver's license with you and your debit card Rule still apply to you if you're using a debit card
You can but if you didn't set the reservation up that way it's going to charge you a hefty drop-off fee. You want to make the reservation picking up a John Wayne and returning an LAX. If you didn't set the reservation up that way call the customer service number and let them tell you what the drop off you will be!
There is a shuttle every 10-15 min
Minimum age with Fox Rent a Car is 19. There is a fee($25online), but they are the only company I found that will rent to those under 21 without hiking cost or limiting mileage. They can rent on their own if they have a credit card otherwise adult has to rent vehicle and add on driver to the rental($19).
You have to call and keep calling and leave messages. Look up fox car rentals actual phone number. You will be able to get ahold of someone there. If you are going through a third party website you will just get thrown around. And don't buy third party insurance. Only deal with main payments and stuff through fox
I don't know but their rental policy is on their website.
Dont rent from this place. You will regret it if you do!!
Aside from the reporting to police, insurance, rental co. Most rental cars have a tracking device in their cars. Also, if paid by CC most cc company have some sort of protection so contact them.
Fox Rent A Car is new and it takes time for them to improve. Cost is reasonable if you don't intend to drive too far
Yes, they do. I added a 19 year old driver for $25. Insurance was not imposed, but opted for it for $19. Most companies will not accept drivers under 25, few will until driver is 21.
We found Fox was great. Good price, GREAT car. Brand new! Only complaint was that the shuttle back to the airport was delayed a few minutes.
They do but you can't get the more fancier cars unless you have a major credit card
