I have a reservation for May 21 and have been trying to contact them in the last week. So far I got no response to my emails and the customer service is always impossible to reach. Please help me. I need some important information. Thanks!

Cancel!!!! You will definitely regret renting from them! Their cars are messed up and you will not get anyone on the phone at the locations. They do not have phones for their customers to contact them.They have a hub for calls and you will be waiting like 1-1/2hrs to get someone only to be hung up on. The worst company service ever!
