WHY DO THEY STEAL FROM YOU AND HIT YOU WITH HIDDEN FEES? DO NOOOOOOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!

Hi. Can you be more specific regarding: "stealing"?

They will steal from you! I would not recommend them! Fox Rent a Car period is horrible. I rented from Las Vegas and returned the car here to Los Angeles. When I dropped the care off they checked it and told me everything looked good! I would recommend that you record the person with video while checking the car before you get hit with fees! THEY ARE RIDICULOUS!!! TO BE EXACT THEY CHARGED ME $270.63 FOR "SAND IN THE CARPET"!!!!!! I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CLEAN THE CAR!!!!! NO WHERE IN THE CONTRACT DOES IT STATE THAT I NEED TO RETURN THE CAR VACUUMED!!!!! Then I called and they said I am "lucky to only get charged for this". NEVER EVER RENT A CAR FROM THEM OR IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IT DETAILED WITHOUT ANY PIECE OF TRASH UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET HIT WITH A FEE. They wanted to offer me a "credit" and not a refund. I DO NOT WANT A credit! I just want my money back and in the future I will never make business with them again!!!
