It's a run around just to get someone to help you. This person transfers you to this person who transfers you to this person who transfers you back to the next person and then next thing you know you are back with the person you started with with no answers.

The judges are whimsical, the service glacial. They might as well flip a coin to determine the outcome of your case. Not to mention the overcrowding, and during a pandemic no less.

The state of Connecticut Judicial website will list if courts are closed or delayed. The courts are almost never closed. I suggest you check the website the morning of your court date.
You can access your case on the state of Connecticut Judicial Website. The ruling should be there
Call clerk's office. Either civil or criminal or try jud.ct.gov
Go on the CT Judicial website, click on civil , criminal, housing or family, type in your name and voila your court date appears

February 5, And February 13. You can Google CTCase Lookup . Click on criminal/motor vehicle Then click on "pending cases" Plug in your info- name, birth year, and click on the court location. If you have multiple cases in different cities, click " all' at the top of the page where it requests your court location Your info will show up. Keep in mind all this information is not private, your DOB , address, and charges are online for anyone ( and yourself) to see.
They do not do weddings at the courthouse. You need to call a " Justice of the Peace" for an appointment, AFTER you go to the town clerk for a marriage LICENSE. Marriage license is $30 I believe. Bring your driver's license, birth certificate, social security cards and proof of address same for person who you are marrying. You must go together. Otherwise, you will not receive the license, and CANNOT get married Legally ,in CT.
