Micheal Edward Balkunas still hasn't been brought to justice for torturing prisoners and misdiagnosing them "mentally ill" like that could somehow justify torture. Atrocities escalate at the hospital and especially due to Community Mental Health Affiliates. The police don't enforce the laws against torture, they do the bidding of psychiatrists such as John A. Nazarian and Micheal Balkunas. I reported Nazarian for forcibly drugging me and lying to commit me. He lied about why I reported him, and continued his atrocities. Detective Felix Perez framed me, and I was prevented from reporting him by John Nazarian and Micheal Balkunas. I was denied medical attention while harassed by the police who even threatened reatraint. Margaret Pienezak caused an anxiety attack by threatening to commit me for getting assaulted over false actions. Eveey involuntary admission worsened Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Community Mental Health Affiliates deny the trauma. Joanna Haffner suddenly ousted me without warning in a slum in New Britain. The New Britain police didn't enforce the law, they broke the law.
