This store employees and managers are a joke. They don’t know anything, can’t do anything, and are liars. Xfinity Mobile has prehistorical service, good luck to have any problems- never going to be solved.

I went in nearing the 50 hour mark and barely managed to stand or babble what I was there for and the woman who helped me still managed to get everything set up for me. She followed it up with very solid advice when she said "get some sleep" and I took that advice and it was great. Recommended.

Two helpful customer service reps went above the call of duty today. In hindsight I should of been mindful about expressing gratitude to both of you. Sorry if I seemed rude and inpatient. There was no excuse for that but i will express one anyway It is Finals week for school. Thank you for your help I appreciate excellent customer service especially in a busy place like Xfinity has been the three times i visited. You guys need a tip jar.

As an employee no xfinity mobile is card only. The kiosk will let you pay for internet tv etc but Not mobile
Well people these days love to say they're barely getting by even though they're making a killing. that's what the ads afford them. so I doubt they'll ever get rid of 'um.
The best way to call them is Google the 1800 # for Comcast. You'll never get the local store #.

I didn't want to make monthly rental payments. So I went to Walmart (did my research 1st),bought the best modem/router I could use afford so that it the tech would not be obsolete and dramatically reducing my costs
Depends on how your system is set up. the no signal on the TV means that the TV has no signal on whatever Channel or input it's currently set to. Just make sure the cable box is powered on and try changing the inputs on the TV.
Not this comcast location in Spokane. In fact I don't think they advertise like that much or at all. Try contacting media relations at the corporate offices. Good luck.

There should be a find a provider in your area link at the FCC ebb site to see who is that areas provider. If you are way out there you're probably getting direct tv and starnet

You have to go to the valley store.
Depends, if the service at your address is already active, then it's just a matter of plugging in your modem and waiting for it to boot up and setting up you wifi SSID and password. If it's not active then it could take a day.
You will definitely have to contact support about that situation. They will have no issue allowing you to service 2 locations, but pay attention when setting this up, a lot of their service is subject to a contract. I hope this helps, but still contact Xfinity directly, they will be happy to help.

If you have a wireless modem or router giv8ng you Wi-Fi then yes use the same password on your ipad.
