Im only giving a 3 star because over the years I have had bad experiences and there are things that can be worked on however this review is for LUCY who is beyond a 5 star. She is an assistant for Dr Vater who I also like. Lucy is the only reason I can get through my dentist appointments she is patient, kind, and understanding. Everybody needs a Lucy during their visits. She is the best!

My husband and I went here for our Covid vaccine and I cannot tell you what a pleasant experience it was! I had expected to have to wait in line with the number of people but there was no one there except us! They got us inyo an exam room quickly and the nurse, Wendy, was fabulous! I really appreciate how friendly they were and how easy they made this process. Highly recommended going here for your vaccine! Or probably any medical issue!

This is a place I hope to never see again. I have a great phobia of dentists They made it 10 x worse. Needed some teeth pulled, 8 months later I still have the same issue that has haunted me for 8 months. They were refusing to care for my needs after extractions, despite the fact I told them there were chunks of teeth left in my mouth. Horrible, horrible experience. You are just a number there, not a patient. I recommend never going to Dr. Siler. They have you sign a consent form for use of the gas to help you relax, and said they administered it to me. They were so dishonest both times. Why? So they could to get extra money from the insurance? Who knows if you want a dentist who cares and shows it in all they do, choose Dr Crump, he is going to take care of the problem , went into hm today and he will be taking care of my issue on Friday. I know he will do the job that this place should have taken care of, listened to their patient and cared for their needs. Such a sad example of a dentist five.

You would have to call them and ask, I know Chas dentists do
In my personal experience it doesn't hurt to give them a call and see if they have an appointment for that day. It beats the heck out to go on in the emergency room. In my experience in quite a few cases they've been able to get me in that day, so go ahead and give scheduling a call. That's what I would do... good luck :-)
You would have to ask them. I cannot tell exactly what needs to be done. What I find helpful is that I make monthly payments where some dentists want payment in full before they will even schedule an appointment with you and I am on about my 5th crown. They are very competent there. I highly recommend them.
I believe they do
Sometimes people don't see eye to eye. There are many providers for you to choose from. Sorry if you had a bad experience. Thank you for your comment.
