I would love to give this place 5 stars due to my sons doctor Lauri Moon. She has gone above and beyond to make suggestions for us with empathy, compassion and understanding. She not only speaks from her own experiences, but provides studies and statistics. Lauri is truly a gem and has completely put me at ease when it comes to decisions for my child. I would recommend her to anyone who takes their child to Chas Maple.

They are very nice here, very helpful, and professional. I like this location much better then Denny Murphy downtown. Glad I made the switch. Denny Murphy staff is rude and I am uncomfortable at that location. I hope they fire all the staff and start over there. There are deep issues throughout that practice I don't think can be fixed by staff training and education. The ethos of clinic is bad. If you go downtown and are unhappy, please give Maple a chance. They are awesome and professional!

I'm usually not one to give bad reviews we all have are bad days. Honestly we do. I even do at my work so I try not to hold things against people. However just about everytime I come into this place it's a headache. Someone wants to argue with me on something. The dentist here are useless for starters. They have changed appointments around. For example I came in one day for a filling I believe and they said oh well you need a cleaning. And it was like well then do both. And I was told no. I told them I don't have time hours each time mind you. To come each time by it's self for one filling!. Not to mention what they did to my wisdom. I've had pain now for years and the only thing that was suggested to me was. "Well don't eat chips then" "oh here's some mouth wash"? Like what??. That's just the dentist the medical stuff here is just as worse. My girlfriend at the moment is dealing with stuff and she happens to have major medical things happening and she has to be rude with them inorder for them to schedule it sooner. This place is a disaster everytime I come in. I thought it was me, or my mind set. It's actually not it's the people. I told her she needs to pick a different place for medical stuff I will as well.

Had an appt yesterday. It was made 6 weeks ago, at which my husband informed the person I cannot wear a mask. He was told no problem, I can wear a face shield. I get there and the man at the door handed me a face shield. I go in and check in for my appt, no problem. Let the lady at the desk downstairs who I was, nothing was said. Then 3 men surround me with a box of face masks and tell me to put one on. I told them the reasons I cannot wear one, just to be told it didn't matter. I got up and was escorted out the front door like a criminal! I am a senior citizen who wears leg braces. How threatening is that? I called to lodge a complaint and was told it was thier policy in all thier clinics to not wear just a face shield. No I am sorry this happened, just that I was in the wrong. Ok, why did the lady on the phone not say anything? Why did the man at the door who gave me the face shield in the first place, not say anything? Why did the 2 ladies at the front desk not say anything? Why did the lady at the desk downstairs not say anything? I have 2 progressive neuromuscular diseases, psoriatic arthritis, fibro and asthma that are now going untreated because you refuse to see me and threw me out like trash. You must be so proud of yourselves.

They do all kinds of testing but you will have to see a doctor and have the doctor order the tests you want.
I'm sure it depends on how many and how much your income is. They use a sliding scale for payment.
Hi January, we do. For more info, please see: https://chas.org/about-us/insurance-payment. Thanks for reaching out!
Hi Stephen, please reach out to us at 509.444.8200. We have an entire team dedicated to helping. Thanks!

Hello Jim, we would love to talk more about the differences and assure you that your wife is in good hands. Please give us a call at 208.848.8300. Thanks!
Hi Maureen, we don't necessarily have specific offices that we refer to. When we determine where to send patients in the community we look to find an office that is closest to where they live, takes their insurance and treats their diagnosis. Please give us a call at 509.444.8200 if you have further questions about this and we can clarify.
Hi Yvonne, we have a great referral team who can help you find a rheumatologist that accepts Medicaid. Please give us a call at 509.444.8200. Thank you.
Hi Linda, we do not have eye care but can refer out for it if you are a current patient.
It depends on the location you are applying for.
yep, sliding fee, based off of your income or ability to pay
Go to an urgent care provider. They are cheaper than the ER
Not sure. But The Maple clinic is so helpful. The dental staff are very knowledgeable.
I would go to another doctor if you are not satisfied with this one. Also, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Let them know you need a follow-up immediately or a referral to a professional.
Don't understand your question and think you misunderstood what you were being told. Don't know endacorjest is? Sorry can't help.
Yes with an appointment. Most regular vaccines are typically walk-ins but they ask to call first due to Covid group restrictions was last I heard. (Dec 2020)
