The mom who wrote a long recent long review is pretty accurate for the gym this used to be last season (2021-2022). However, since the gym is now under new ownership, I believe it deserves to build it's own new reputation. Last year was a mess on so many levels I can't even count. Initially, I left a fairly harsh review even though we loved out first year at this gym. Due to the new ownership and the fact that we moved on to a big gym in central Florida, I have revised my review to reflect the fact that the people who were in charge causing such craziness and chaos in the past are now gone. There is a new very young coach in charge of the entire program who I had doubts about based on incidents last season. However, existing members that are part of the new gym have had a very positive experience with this person, who now owns the gym with family members. This gym was not friendly to parent viewing most of the year last year, but is greatly improved this year under new ownership. This gym under new ownership is gaining a reputation as a friendly gym where athletes are well treated and enjoy training together. Note this comment is based on second hand information since we are no longer at Brandon. If you are considering Brandon, research carefully and consider your child's personality and goals. There are no perfect gyms in Jax that have it all. Visit each one. Listen to current and former parents, athletes and coaches. If we had to choose a local gym it would depend on the personality of the athlete. Infinity is good for tough-skinned, highly competitive kids that can handle bullies and often unfair coaching pressure. Brandon is better for a safer, friendlier, close-knit, no frills kind of gym. Children ages 3-11 should do well at Brandon and will be kept much safer from injury and mental blocks than Infinity. Older athletes may enjoy the more competitive environment at Infinity partially since Brandon does not yet have much to offer beyond level 4. Brandon is the safer choice, with more caring and cautious staff, but it all depends on what kind of environment is right for each child.

I have a review on here from the beginning of this season…I shouldn’t have reviewed so soon but I’m here to do it again. The beginning of the season was to good to be true I guess. Then it fell apart. Very unorganized, constant change in routines, teammates picking on other teammates and one lying on my own child smh, uniforms took forever, competitions canceled and rescheduled messing up family arranged plans and work. My girls did extra stunt classes when given positions to perfect their skills as much as possible and would have them taken away after the first competition for no reason, then there was no reason why nor was there anything to back up the coaches reasons other then new coaches join that team and change what they feel like , I don’t know , this left my daughters confused and wondering what they did wrong. . Not all coaches are amazing but a few were willing to communicate with the parents and explain what we needed to hear. The coach turn over here is crazy too. Favoritism is shown and they can say it is not but it is. Plenty of whining moms here too, with five million questions and nagging to the owner of which I feel bad for because i know if it gave me a headache it did the owner as well. I was over it all. My girls were so happy to be back in cheer after a year out because of covid and they were let down terribly. We were referred here by another mom would also left the gym for the same reasons. Michele the owner try’s her best to comfort everyone and explain the actions that take place but it wasn’t enough for us. I hope it becomes more organized and they have a better season we just wish our girls would have had a successful seasons , thank you to coach Michaela , Gabby and our stunt coaches for a good time when we experienced genuine care and the desk staff Nina and Haley .
