When I first called I called to confirm that they were still providing all the same services I needed because I know COVID could have changed things. The lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and tried to down talk just because I wanted to confirm the services that they were still providing as if I should have already known. Anyways I was annoyed by that but when I went in the office the female security officer was nice and understanding and guided me. Then Tina helped me out through the process applying for my license and she was so kind and even gave me some advise as I left and wished me luck. Over all Tina made the experience great so thanks!
