This has been the worse CVS I have ever been to. After waiting for a couple of mins on line listening to associates talk about raises . One was a cashier a causian male with long hair and the other one was short with gauges in his ears., supposedly the other one was the shift manager. The only reason I referred to them this way is because I did not get their names . I ask the cashier to check if those were the dental floss that where free on the app , his response was I don't know without your Cvs card very condensending. He told me to leave the store. The shift manager never tried to difuse the situation. He said I was yelling, their is a camera there(check the camera).The one thing that took it over the top was when he told my husband I feel sorry for because he was married to me. He never shut up until we left. Both associates need further training. I will go back to see store manager a Mr. Dustin. McDonald. I also called corporate.I went to CVS at 9962 Baymeadows Rd. I was done in 5 minutes. This was my entire transaction.

This has got to be the worst CVS in Jacksonville, came up to the counter to check out, cashier was talking the whole time to the shift manager about their pay, we waiting and then ask to check an item for us, cashier threw item back on counter and said that’s not on your coupon, they both continued to talk with each other, finally my wife ask them to stop and pay attention to the customer and that’s when they both got irritated with us, we made it a point to let them know we’re the customers and that we needed help with an item instead of them talking about their pay checks. Make a long story short the cashier and manager both were out of line with my wife, it was so terrible. We will never go back to this location again and we’re speaking to their manager and corporate office.

Prescriptions are 3 times higher than other Pharmacies !!!

Wife stopped for a drink and a few snacks before getting on the road. Had to use the bathroom but it was locked. After several minutes unable to locate an employee, she had to get someone from the pharmacy to page them. The person that showed up had no CVS item of clothing on and said the bathroom was closed until 9am. Seen other reviews about bathrooms being an issue. Stupid problem to have CVS
