I have a roller shade that you installed on my screened patio last year. The high winds and rain last week ripped the bungee cord things to shreds. Can I purchase two of them and install them myself? Would this require a service call?

They should have your order on file. But I think a service call is free. They have amazing customer service.

My vertical blinds have fabric strips that allow the fabric to slide out for cleaning or replacement. I'm not sure the business monitors this site to provide an expert opinion.
