Talked to a lady named Kelly who was unprofessional and mixed up. If you have any dogs I would look at your other choices for rental properties. Their pet policy and insurance is ridiculous. We have a 35 pound dog who is very behaved and they straight off the back after already messing up our application the same day we submitted, having us worried about identity theft and considering filing a police report, getting it mixed it with other applicants, giving their full names out told us they wouldn’t accept us because our dog looks pitbull. He has no pit in him. Very disappointed and was not friendly over the phone and was already pointing fingers without knowing what was going on.

Cousin paid 4 credit checks on his family for $150, then delayed, said it was processing, just to credit fail them. They don't have bad credit. Scammers. They can pay $50/yr to run credit checks.

Moved in a couple of months ago to recently built rental property - it is a 4/2.5 with extremely small closets and bedrooms (we were on crunch time to move, therefore, had no other choice). One car garage is small -- this is a 2 adult household, however, the house appears to have been built for 1 adult/single parent. Master bedroom closet appears to have been built for one person with little to no wardrobe; there's no way 2 people, not even 1 person with the average wardrobe could fit everything inside the closet. Pros - quiet neighborhood, everything new in house, Kelly (leasing agent) was a pleasure to work with and prompt in response ..... Cons - Ant problem in beginning, however, we purchased pesticide that took care of it w/n a few weeks. Please make sure to check if Xfinity/AT&T, etc, is already set up with a line to the property, if not, and you WORK FROM HOME, YOU WILL END UP HAVING TO USE PTO DUE TO NO INTERNET. The internet companies will schedule someone to come out but that's usually at least 3 days from your request. Thankfully, I emailed to my complaint to the CEO of Xfinity and they scheduled for someone to come to the property the same day, as normally - it was an emotionally stressful day dealing with customer service/Xfinity supervisors not working with me to expedite the process -- that lead to me contacting the office of Xfinity CEO. A technician arrived to set up a new line that took approximately 2 hours or more. JWB, please inform prospective residents of this information, especially those that rely on internet services in order to work from home - it is extremely imperative for us to know this information prior to move in.

Never had that problem check email they did send out emergency number and after hours
Yupp. Welcome to jwb
It depends on how long ago the eviction was. If it was at least four years ago, they will work with you. If it hasn't been four years, don't waste your time or effort as it is a no go. I'm not really sure where someone would go at this point with an eviction, I wish you luck.
Did you get a answer
We do allow section 8 housing vouchers on specific homes. Please contact our office at (904) 737-0035 to see which homes are eligible. Thanks!
Hello, thanks for the question. We don't offer the lease to own option, sorry.
Yes but only on some properties. They have private owners and their own properties they manage. You can call and they'll let you know which ones.
They usually go back 7 years but each unit has a different landlord and different guidelines so it would be best to let them know the property that you are interested in and then ask..Hope that helps.
Yes they would look into getting you into a place
YES THEY DO AND IF IT IS RECENT THEY MAY REQUEST A HIGHER DEPOSIT BASED OFF WHAT THE FELONY IS
Try calling them. I moved to Jacksonville on August 23, stayed at a Motel 6 and rented a car. Then I scheduled to visit 4 properties and on September 1st was signing the contract of my new home. The experience was amazing.
Call and be respectfully firm. Daily.
Hi Michelle, Thanks for reaching out! I've forwarded this over to our team so we can reach out directly. The direct line to our leasing team is 904-737-0035 just so you have it for your records. Homes are renting very quickly, so as something is taken off of the market, we cancel all upcoming showings to prevent confusion.
Stop trying to contact them online call the office and ask to speak to the property manager of the address that you are looking at.
I turned in all my paper work as well. They never returned mine either . I gave up after about 3 weeks.
Hey Joannar! you can apply online at www,jwbrentalhomes.com or call our leasing team at 904-737-0035
Email it to them
Sorry we do not. We specialize in long-term leases with our residents (2-3 years.). Our average resident stays with JWB over 4.5 years in total.
We do run a credit check but we do not deny based on a credit score.
The first step to applying is to schedule and view the home you're interested in. You can do that on the website. Once you've attended your showing and you know the home you'd like to rent, someone from our team will assist you in the application process. You can also call our office to speak with a Leasing Agent at (904) 737-0035 for help along the way. Thanks!
Hi Robin, we focus on long term resident stays so we wouldn't be able to accommodate a 7 month lease term. We sign 2 and 3 year leases. Thanks for your interest!
This is a hard pull.
Hi Diamond, we try very hard to create a great renting experience for our residents. Rents are rising across Jacksonville and we offer long-term leases with guarantees that the rents won’t increase for up to 2 years.
Yes, you can stop by our offices anytime.
Typically the answer would be no but there are certain extenuating circumstances. I'd encourage you to reach out to our team to get more information. Our office phone is 904.737.0035.
Yes, we would be happy to help. Please call us at (904) 755-7777 and we can walk you through it.
Hi, the rental portal is working now. There is a drop box on site! Please keep in mind that we do not accept cash or personal checks.
Hi Marcel, please reach out to (904) 755-7777 and we'd be happy to take care of your issue.
Yes we do. Please call (904) 755-7777 and we're always happy to help.
Hi Mrs. Lady, Katrina is right, You can visit us at www.jwbrentalhomes.com to see all available homes! You can also call JWB at (904) 737-0035 to schedule your showing.
Some properties do accept section 8 but you would have to call to see which ones.
It's usually on a per client basis. They may require you to pay a higher deposit it just depends..Its best if you call and explain the scenario..Good Luck
JWB looks at your application as a whole, not just a credit score. Give them a call and they can go over your circumstances and let you know if you qualify.
Each property has a different landlord and some do accept..Call Monday they can give you a list of properties that do
They check your credit, but don't require a certain score. They have the other requirements on their website
