Do not use this Service Center. They do not have the manpower to service cars. It takes months to book an appointment, then they provide a reasonable turn around time, followed by a notice that they can't meet that time, then when you call for an update three days after your original projected completion date, they tell you they haven't even started. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER!

I unfortunately have had to deal with this SC several times because my car continues to have issues and it has been nightmare after nightmare. This time my car has been sitting there 2 weeks without even being touched. No updates in the app and they wont reply to my messages. Basically they are overwhelmed and can't keep up with the amount of cars that are needing service. I would caution anyone buying a car in this area because dealing with this SC is not good. 2 weeks getting around on uber credits. Terrible.

Hey Jared, We sure do. Come on by and ask for me, I can get you set up to drive.

Is the Service Center Open on Sept 7th? I have an appointment and can't seem to reach anyone on the phone or email. Thank you,

You might want to call their service department. Tesla service appointments are booked using the Tesla App.

May we look at buying a Tesla today? I need to know how to adapt my garage for a Tesla. We are coming down Phillips HWY today. Ian Boswell IT for Jacksonville, FL

All you need to have on your garage if you want to charge the car over night is a standard 250V dryer outlet (30 or 50A). NEMA 10-30P and NEMA 14-50P work flawlessly. The 10-30P option needs a small, cheap adapter, but the car comes with a home charger so you don't need anything else. (You can also charge it on any standard outlet, but this may take more than 24 hours to fully charge.)

Do you do body work? If not who do you refer to?

They do (smaller) body work at Tesla in Orlando.
