I signed my contract in July for 10 windows, patio door and front entry door with sidelights with a very knowledgeable and polite sales rep (who since I've been told has quit). Windows were installed end of September but the front ones were misordered and did not have grids. The rest were fine but the installers did some of the worst caulking I have ever seen and even left grass poking through to the inside of my home which they had to of seen because is was caulked over. The installers also joked that they forgot my patio door and my front door was on back order. Months later my patio door was lost, then found, then accidentally sent back. My old windows had security sensors to an old system and they chose to pull out the sensors and leave hanging over every single window sill for all 10 windows and caulk over the wires. Dozens of phone calls. The front door supposedly was delayed by a hurricane then the manufacture was switched then on back order again. I have had 6 scheduled appointments where I had to pay a house-sitter and no one came. Once they came with the correct front windows (had no idea what I was talking about with a patio door or front door) with grids but could not install because they had the wrong number of glass pieces. Eventually in January I talked with Mike Dugan (the manager supposedly) who promised I would have everything done today which obviously didn't happen. I already filed a complaint with the BBB and encourage other to do so as well. Ridiculous. **Update** They never responded the BBB so it is part of their record. I'm still trying after a year to get the glass replaced on my front windows that they misordered (was supposed to have grids per my HOA) and fix the sensors that are still hanging in every singe window in my home. No one responds to voicemails. They also after 9 months finally said they were not able to replace the front door.

Our experience is very similar to the other 1 STAR reviews. We ordered two new windows in January 2019 and made a down payment. After three failed attempts to install the windows (including two no-shows and finally bringing out the wrong windows) we decided to cancel the order. Eagle View initially agreed to refund us the down payment in April. Three months later we still do not have our refund. We have been calling and emailing back and forth with their Project Manager who has been seemingly helpful and insistent that she is doing what she can for us, but nothing has happened. Like many others we may have to seek legal advice on this matter. Ultimately, this company should be avoided.

To all of you who have chosen Eagleview just like me to do work prepare for some disappointment. I just found out that the business is closed.
eagleview is no longer in business so no warranties can be fulfilled
I filed a complaint months ago and they never responded so it was posted.
Not a scam. Company was dying and trying to get new money to replace lost money and bad management. Company closed a month ago. Myself and 3 dozen employees are still unpaid for hard work. Order would come in, Windows would get made, and wrong windows would arrive to customer. Contact an attorney and get your money back.
