Horrible to deal with once you’ve separated from the company. Worked for the NM site in Rio Rancho & left in August. They refuse to respond to the unemployment office regarding unemployment claims. Two months have passed & I have yet to receive benefits—due to Concentrix not responding to employer questionnaire. Been back & forth with their only customer service aka “People Solutions”. Multiple agents have told me “even though we’re HR, we don’t know how unemployment claims are processed”. So unprofessional.

I work for this company not terrible overall but could be way bettter. Pay isn’t too bad and employee work environment but could be better. However It’s difficult to even use benefits. On the date of my hire I was told you have to wait 90 days before enrollment. Then I go to enroll and of course they say the enrollment period already ended and I was supposed to sign up within the first 90 days of hire but the website and all info given was wrong. Now I’m stuck dealing with health problems till January of the next year and it’s only July. Also didn’t think I would be doing a sell like job and trying to hit quota because I don’t like jobs where I feel pressured or forced to make people sign up. Lastly they forced me to come back in to work at the physical location before anyone else and made statements accusing me of doing things I wasn’t I feel like to get me to quit because my boss didn’t like me
