PLEASE double check your receipts. Several times now I have been overcharged, and it's really obnoxious to get it fixed. It's happened often enough that I double check everything now. Of course they always apologize and try to fix it, but it shouldn't be happening in the first place.

Well they have Amy's products. Some are vegan and need only be dethawed. I don't believe they have any that are room temperature or that only need to be heated
I buy the Jarrow, methyl brand, 1000 mcg. Not sure if they have 500 mcg. But please call. I'm sure they do.
