Unless you want your credit to take multiple hits and to have to wait for 48 hours just to get an answer on your approval, avoid this Toyota!! Me and my boyfriend had such a bad experience with the sales people. We wanted to believe they had good intentions with us because I’m pregnant but they definitely lost my respect. We went in looking to potentially trade in a car and buy a new one to get a lower interest rate. We were clear that we didn’t want his credit ran more than one time and to simply let us know if it wouldnt be possible - we would understand. Don Suber sent us home and did not give us any options, numbers or simply just tell us that it wouldn’t be possible - he waited at least 48 hours just to say sorry he isn’t approved. We called him multiple times and he just kept placing the blame on his GM. Why wouldn’t they just tell us the same day we went in? He had us in a limbo for two days straight. The GM did not call my boyfriend back because I mentioned that his English isn’t perfect instead he had another Spanish sales person call him at closing time just to tell him to come back after two more months. I own 4 cars and have never been sent home without an answer! We had such an unpleasant unprofessional experience.
