I bought my used car in Cincinnati where we had a great experience 2 years ago. It was the best customer service I have ever received. I bought the highest "platinum" Toyota service plan directly from them. Today we took the car to get serviced because we were having issues with it. Turns out it's just the battery. Just for that information we were charged $135 even with the $0/deductible service plan and just for them to test a battery and say I needed a new one. That's something most places do for free. When I informed the woman that I was told everything should be covered and to check with the warranty company we bought it through, she got extremely rude. Needless to say, I will not go back to this location.

I stopped in to buy a great used vehicle. They were very helpful and patient.I drove probably six different vehicles and the salesman was very helpful in helping me find the right one. I ended up buying a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. I really like the fact they offer a lifetime powertrain warranty on every vehicle under $100,000 miles. Check them out for your next used vehicle or new one.

Possibly the wheels are turned keeping pressure on the steering wheel lock. If turning the wheel back a little allows the key to turn then this is most likely the cause. If not you should have a qualified technician look at it.
