Not convenient how they check you in with covid. Front desk help was great. Eye doctor was not. Could see and read the eye chart with the large item they check your eyes with but could not with my glasses once they finally came in almost 2 months after my exam. Told them I couldn't see and they rechecked my eyes and said I didn't need glasses even though I couldn't read the letters without the thing that checks your eyes. They sent my glasses out to be redone and waited again almost 2 month. Also dr was rude during both exams because the mask she made you wear was fogging up the equipment. So once I get the corrected glasses they were just as bad as the first pair. They refused to redo them again. I went to walgreens and bought reader's to use until insurance will allow me to go somewhere else and get them checked.
