I also receiva full engine replacement engine recently and the service techs acted with a strong sense of urgency and care. Ryan Gregory was amazing at explaining how the process worked, including the out of pocket expenses that I had accrued being without a car for 41 days that he advised that Kia will reimburse me for various car rentals and transportation . I received my car within 10 days after The engine arrived. Mr Eael Ward was the liason between myself and the service center. He was also extremely helpful in getting clarity on warranty for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have a recall on my 2017 kia Forte trunk latch. Trunk not closing due to the recall problem. Had to wait two days for my appointment. Here for my appointment and the service guy is telling me I have to agree to a $189 charge for diagnosis so I refuse because there is a recall. This guy tells me I'm being combative because I'm black. Then tells me it's going to be 3 hours.. First chance I get I am selling this crappie car so I never have to deal with these people again.
