The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was challenging to wait two hours to be treated though, I appreciate the app letting me know when I was to be seen. Finally I wish I was able to wait to be seen in my car like I was previously. I didn’t come in with a respiratory issue and many people in the waiting room were coughing. Being able to wait in my car would have reduced my exposure to other illnesses. I understand the change in policy but would have wanted a different option for myself.

I understand everyone makes mistakes but some jobs require the utmost diligence because the mistakes can be costly. My son was seen here and told his COVID test was negative, he had walking pneumonia. I took him home thinking he didn't have COVID and was around him for a day. The next day we received a text from the MD Dept of Health that my son tested positive for COVID the day before. We went back to Patient First and they ended up stating the lab tech had entered the wrong result in their system but had reported it correctly to the Dept of Health. As a result, I ended up getting COVID from my son. This was a costly and avoidable mistake.

Awful experience and I won’t be going to Patient First ever again.

I strongly suggest that you revamp your policy in the way that you conduct PPD READINGS I don't understand the rationale behind making a patient wait in a crowded waiting room for something that takes 1minute to complete Your nurses should be trained to read PPD'S I'm a nurse and I read them all the time. Maybe you should consider assigning a clinical staff to that task daily. Two days prior I spent 4 hours in your facility for a work physical. ABOMINABLE!!!!!!!
