We came to Gleim after unfortunate circumstances required remaking a wedding set that we had purchased from a different jeweler. Throughout the whole process Hank was transparent about our options, and he patiently answered our questions and educated us so we could feel confident in our decisions about the re-made rings. Hank and the whole team at Gleim were fantastic - they helped turn a frustrating situation into a positive one, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Gleim’s work is impeccable and very high quality. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service and Covid-19 compliant. What a great way to spend an afternoon, browsing different collections and learning about the true art of jewelry. The company was actually founded in the early 1930's, and is still family owned after almost 90 years! Gleim has been a landmark in the Stanford Shopping Center since the center opened, and the team takes pride in customer service and expertise in their craft. There is something for everyone here, and they also proactively offered to take care of resizing, cleaning and repairing some of the pieces. Thank you Georgie Gleim, Cynthia, Rosie and team.

Such a LOVELY store! I went in to drop off a necklace for repair and was greeted by Rafic. He looked over my broken necklace and offered to fix it right then and there! Within 5 minutes he presented the necklace back and even assisted me with putting it on. I have been procrastinating getting it fixed because every time I go in to a jewelry store, I feel intimidated by their staff. That was not the case at Gleim. Rafic was patient, polite and very helpful. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon Gleim to be serviced.

This family owned and operated store is one of a kind. Beautiful jewelry, great service. They do repairs and insurance work. When my sister had a complicated insurance claim and repair, they handled the entire paperwork and repair beautifully and with minimum effort on our part. They were great!

Thank you for asking. We all wear masks throughout the day, whether on our sales floor or in the back of our store. We sanitize the premises several times a day, and clean seating areas when a client has left. We have plexiglass guards at our cash desk, and portable plexiglass guards to use at sales counters when necessary. We also keep our door open throughout the day for air circulation. And we observe the capacity limits that are in place.
