Maria Martinez, the woman who runs the Kids Club, has been telling residents not to pay their rent as a way of receiving larger Covid Relief donations. With the promise of assisting those residents once the donations arrive. After speaking with residents, none have received any Rent Relief donations. The only ones who have are Maria and her family members who live at the park as well. I find it appalling that she would ask residents to not pay their rent and risk falling into debt with the false promise of helping them, just so her and her family can reap all the benefits. After speaking with one of the people who donated, (they requested to remain unnamed ) they informed me that Maria swayed them not to speak to those in the leasing office. The leasing office would have accurate information of who owes rent, she persuaded them not to speak to the leasing office so that she can have control over who receives Covid Rent Relief and who does not. Speak with any resident at the park and there is a 90% chance they were told directly by Maria not to pay rent.

Scary place at night. Run down homes. Almost no parking. Crummy, smelly, dirty, community bathrooms. Trash bins commonly are overflowing with trash.
