In January they came out and looked at my window said I needed a replacement and they were ordering it! Told me not to use my window till it was replaced. We are now on July 8th of 2022 and I still don’t have my replacement window. That was supposedly ordered in January 2022! They won’t answer their phone they won’t respond to emails and I am still out my warranted window they had a lifetime warranty replacement Very poor quality windows! We bought 16 windows from Window World in Springfield Missouri in 2014. It took forever for us to get our windows and since we have gotten the windows it’s been a real pain. In the seven years since we purchased the windows we’ve had to have seven of them replaced so basically one a year! It’s due to water between the two panels. There shouldn’t be any water. I’ve attached pictures to show you. Yes they replace them since it’s a lifetime warranty. But let me ask you what homeowners want to go to that expense of having new windows put into their home only to have them come out once a year and I have to replace one window a year! Ridiculous. Very agitated customer.

After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as they arrive for your installation.

Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day.
