I have a problem with my screen, it is making an extra line around the face and also the liquid is getting thick around the top and side portions. I have a photo if needed. Maybe the Tesla Service On-Site can do the work.

That will likely need the screen replaced. Something the service center and possibly the mobile truck can do. You should make an appointment using the app on your phone before it gets worse.
