You might want to call their service department. Tesla service appointments are booked using the Tesla App.
Use you phone app and they also have a texting feature to get in touch with you.
Yes, i have tried calling and do have an appointment set, i have tried leaving messages and sent emails with no luck with anyone answering. It seemed odd that they scheduled me for Sept 7th when most places are closed for the Holiday, Tesla might be different. I am hoping someone from Telsa in that location reads this and responds.
