I've been going Feet First for several years,it's by appointment only this gives the staff the ability to give u undivided attention. I like New Balance,it's a great shoe, and they carry just about any size and width, either for athletics or walking,I don't by my shoes any where else,,thank u Wade I'm a customer for life!

I needed some custom insoles. I did not know what to expect when I booked my initial appointment. I thought I was going to go in and get some dreadful looking shoes, and it is what it is type of thing. However, I was pleasantly suprised! The shoes are stylish, the staff is the definition of awesome, my feet feel great, what more could you want?! They have a really nice selection of shoes, the insoles feel wonderful, I will not hesitate to return when I am ready for more!

My podiatrist recommended that I visit this store… after meeting with the staff, I can see why his other patients have been impressed…I met with Wade, who is such a professional…he recommended a shoe that would help with my problems…and than made some custom inserts to make that shoe all the more effective… I also interacted with Andrew…who also is impressive…both specialists…as well as the other staff members…Cheryl and Paige…are client-centered, friendly, and knowledgeable….

Questions & Answers

Wade...Mom is an amputee on right foot(all toes gone) and need to be fitted for a smaller size, but a regular size 11 on left...Would you be able to accommodate and fit her for at least a pair of walking sneakers and dress shoes?

Mrs. Bolden, the proper way to address an amputation is to make a toe filler for the short foot, so that the patient can wear a matched pair of shoes. That is something that requires a prescription (and an appointment with us). Finally, unless she is diabetic, the expense for shoes/inserts/filler would be at her expense.
