Not sure, but this isnt the place to ask technical questions. I would call and get tech support on the phone. Or unplug your cable box, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. Sometimes the box just needs to be reset
Usually that happens when SAP is turned on. Some channels do not have a secondary audio so that channel is muted
I have had this happen on other Chanel's before but has always been temporary
