I was very excited to get a perm that my husband and son got for me for my birthday, but when I arrived after going being seated with my stylist Katie, she first yelled put to other hairdressers asloing who booked this perm. I immediately saw a red flag and should have walked put and rescheduled, but if I asked if it was a problem she said no that she had carnal tunnel surgery a few months ago and she shouldn't have been scheduled to do this. I bit my tongue and pet her proceed which turn out to be a hurry process. Never asked me about how my hair reacts to this process , or ask any info. After 20 yrs of perms they always do. Needless to say after rushing for a long hair spiral perm it took 2 hours which is amazing if it worked. After I got home after waiting a couple of days to wash it the whole crown parn of my head( which always has to process longer) fell out. So after the weekend I called and rescheduled which they were happy to do but when I showed up the person to do it didn't and was put out again with no phone call. What a waste of ,my day. They wanted to reschedule but was a couple weeks out with my work schedule of only 1 day off which I don't know my schedule till end of week. Needless to say very unhappy after paying $180 with tip for a very poor rushed job. Will never return😒😤

I made an appointment a few days prior. I showed up 20 minutes early. I spoke with the receptionist and made sure of everything I had booked. Haircut, ladies full package, scalp massage, Olaplex conditioning treatment, eyebrow waxing. She said yep! My stylist showed up 20 minutes late. Then spent 10 minutes cleaning her station. My stylists name was Sophia. Then she called me back. She questioned what I wanted. I explained to her. Hair wash, cut, conditioning, massage, dry and style. I ONLY wanted a trim. Told her no layers and minimal cutting. (As I'm trying to grow it out). She proceeded to wet my hair with a spray bottle and cut. I thought it odd since she was supposed to wash and condition first... but I'm not the stylist. I see her cutting more than what I wanted. I requested again....please, just trim my hair. No layers. I'm watching her cut 5 inches off. She said "my mistake" after correcting her...she continues to layer and cut way more than I'm wanting. Mind you, I have naturally curly hair and its so short, while wet. I'm literally tearing up. I know its just gonna be short when dry. She finishes the cut. Says "done, you want eyebrow wax?" I proceed to tell her ONCE more everything I had booked. She said no. There wasn't time. And she didn't see any of that. I said well, "I booked it and told you before you cut!' She just walked off. And came back. Said "someone else will do your wax" then swept up all my long brown hair on the ground. The lady who waxed my brows, did well. I explained to her what happened. She apologized for her. Then cashed me out. She did give me 2 dollars off. But I'm not certain that's whats right. I'm absolutely mortified and upset.

Worst cut ever. Cut straight across on dry hair and called it good. No spraying down hair with water,, did not comb out hair, no blending or anything. I was in the chair for less than 5 mins and feel like I got a bowl over the head at home haircut. My daughter cried all night from the chop job she got from same “master” hairdresser. Do not waste you time, money or sacrifice your hair here.

Super nice, but i specifically asked for a MASTER HAIRSTYLIST because i didn’t want my hair messed up (i cut almost over a foot and a half off). But i came home and saw they left my hair long because they didn’t move the hair behind my ears! If you’re going to mandate the masks be worn, learn to work around them please!
