Came here for a haircut for my two year old, who promptly panicked. I thought that we would have to leave, but the lady cutting his hair was incredibly kind and understanding and managed to get a haircut in even though my son was panicking. Amazingly professional, super kind, I'll never get a haircut anywhere else.

My first visit was a very positive one. Your first visit is upgraded to the MVP treatment free of charge. I thoroughly enjoyed that experience very much. The hair stylist even went the extra mile to trim the wild hairs on my ears. I've been to many salons and none of them ever did that for me. It's the little things like that create customers for life. The only issue I have is the coat rack is right next to the entrance door and the front desk is not occupied all the time. Anyone could grab a coat and take off with it. I'd feel better if there were a place to hang coats within sight of the customer.
