I came through the drive-through this morning and got the jumbo breakfast. When I got to work I saw that I wasn’t given any silverware, syrup for the pancakes, nothing to go with the meal. Now, mistakes are made. I understand that. I personally won’t make the mistake of not checking my bag for the correct order before I leave the drive-through in the future, should I decide to go back. Basically what I have is a meal that I cannot enjoy. I’m not going to eat the dry pancakes without syrup. My complaint is toward the manager, Teresa, that I called to inform of the mistake. “ I’ll coach the young man” and “ Sorry about that.” Was all I got. The mistake was yours, so not good enough.

Don't bother ordering here, their app and online hours say they open at 6AM. I ordered my food at 6:35AM on 08/04/22. I waited for 30min in the drive thru then I pulled up to the window to be told they are still not open. I asked for a refund and was told to come back at 8:00AM when the assistant manager arrives. Because of this, I not only don't get the breakfast I wanted but am going to be late for my shift just so I can get a refund. This is ridiculous, I never would've ordered from here if the app and online hours were accurate.

I could always go for some Jack in the Box, however, being a contractor pulling a trailer. The Airway Heights location has been an issue for awhile now since the lobby is always closed in the morning. The main reason for the review is about two days ago I went there and there was finally no sign at the door and the door was unlocked. I was excited that I could get some breakfast. When I got in there a very rude floor manager tells me to get out and that the lobby was closed. Note as I was leaving I told her I had a trailer and couldn't use the drive thru and further more, there was no one at the drive thru/no customers and she didn't want to take a quick order right there. While two employees are sitting at tables on their phones. Here is a suggestion, I know it's hard to maintain day to day operations when low staff especially with workforce ethics right now. But maybe open the lobby for a limited client that have rvs, trailers and any other large vehicles for take out orders only that can't use the drive thru.
