Downtown location at the bus plaza, nobody in at 10:10 am when they open at 10:00 ( this has happened before) went in to upgrade and couldn't wait for them to open I did wait untill 10:15 and left not knowing when and if they were going to open, at lunch I went to the metro in the Valley at mission & pines, and they were great, they explained everything, took there time to listen to my needs & wants and ended up walking out with a new phone for my wife and one for me with 2 lines of unlimited service and the phones are nice, we got matching A-11's and we couldn't be happier. Going back to the downtown location, my only other time in there the employees were not knowledgeable at all and the store manager was rude.

I wanna thank ANDREA & SHANEELLE from the downtown location at the bus plaza for the amazing job they did helping me and fixing my phone issue..Im still smiling from ear to ear...MetroPCS has a customer for life...Keep up the great service ladies
