It's all friendly enough people. office staff can be very nice and helpful but at the same time not very much so. Theres cops here everyday to every other day to the trash compactor is always a mess and looks gross 90% of the time staff doesn't care if you have an issues and it take about two to three weeks to get one thing one if asked.

Please DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! These apartments are the worse!!!!!! If you want to live comfortably I wouldn't even think about putting in an application! Just please don't do it to yourself!!!!

I don't live here but I've been to this community a few times they appear to be replacing the siding on the outside not sure what they might be doing inside also but it's always nice to see upgrades done. I think they should also consider putting some electric car chargers in and be ahead of the curve

UPDATE: COMING SOON Quiet neighborhood, management has helped me numerous times because I had to move in rather quickly. I have had NO problems whatsoever. The ONLY reason for the four is for the slow response when it comes to tickets (still waiting for some work to be done) and the one compactor that’s not really the management fault but still makes it hard dump trash. But this place is NOT the worse place I’ve been to in the Fredburg area. I recommend/would recommend this place all the time to friends.

I agree! They'll kick you out faster for paying rent late (although you're working hard), than they will if you're getting high. Too many young, ignorant, out of control people in this community. As I've always said before, you don't have to be trifling just because you don't make a lot of money. It's like people lack common sense these days. It needs to be cleaned up - BAD!
