They were all very aware of people waiting, and kind through the whole process. I was well informed of all the details. The nurse had to attend to a reaction while I was getting my physical done but kept me informed the whole time.

Been coming here for several years. The experience has become worse and worse each passing month. The staff turnover is constant. They are consistently understaffed and the screening process is slow and slower. Over the last few months I have had to miss donation days due to arm bruises from multiple and ineffective sticks. The majority of phlebotomist are over confident in their ability to stick and clients are constantly having adjustments or needle re-sticks done. The frequent changes to procedures do not speed up the donation experience, in fact they add to the overall time. You may want to look into trying a different company here in Spokane.

All the staff is awesome but Stephanie is very personable and nice. She makes donating less miserable and makes it seem less like a chore. She always makes me laugh! I definitely think she deserves a raise at minimum her customer service skills are top notch.

You only get bonuses on your 6th, 7th, and 8th donations of the month. You should call them and they will help you directly because of confidentiality they wont answer publicly on google
On your first donation they have to screen you (a physical) as well as have you read through packets involving the risks and hazards of donating, facility rules, medications and illnesses that could potentially defer you from donating, and other information. They also have you watch a informational video about what they do with your plasma after you donate. After all the initial stuff is completed, then your donation time should be around 45 minutes to an hour.

Halloween is not a federally observed holiday. Holiday hours likely won’t apply anywhere on Halloween. I know I don’t get holiday pay on the 31st. Lol
