Dependable Carpet Care is amazing! We use them at our Commercial Property the Rock Pointe Corporate Center in downtown Spokane. These gentleman always arrive on time , are clean cut, and super professional. I have used them in multiple tenant spaces for a variety of different services such as water extraction, mildew smells in the carpet, high traffic wear, regular carpet cleaning and patching the carpet if needed! I discovered Dependable Carpet Care on Yelp, called, and Matt came by for an estimation the next day. His professionalism is only surpassed by his reassuring personal touch. Less than a week Matt and his assistant we here. We chose to move what furniture we could, although Matt reassured us this was not necessary. While they worked we enjoyed a picnic breakfast, a romp in the forest and lunch out giving our carpets time to dry. When we arrived home we were dazzled and thrilled. Dependable Carpet Care gave our carpets new life: clean, refreshed, renewed! Matt’s exceptional service is aptly named. Now we are on his calendar for annual carpet cleaning care ensuring a fine start to each new year.

It is not necessary that you be home while your carpet is cleaned because we are thoroughly trained professionals you can trust. In order to provide the best possible service, we do recommend that someone be home before we begin cleaning to discuss any specific needs or areas of concern regarding the care of your carpet.
